Broken Bells - The High Road

Cool new collaboration between James Mercer from The Shins and Danger Mouse from lots of stuff, particularly Gnarls Barkley:

The iPad (live coverage)

If you're interested in the iPad, which you should be, head over here for all the features.

David Gray - "Gutters Full of Rain"

Real old David Gray song here but my hands down favorite of his. Something about his Irish accent in the song mixed with the lyrics and style makes it great to me. Thought I'd share in case you haven't heard it for a while or haven't ever.

Tosh.0: David After the Dentist Web Redemption

For those of you who haven't seen Tosh.0 on Comedy Central, which I highly highly recommend, Daniel Tosh the host/comedian does a segment each show where he allows people who make fools of themselves on the internet to have a "web redemption" and try their foolishness again in a less foolish manner. This last week he let David from David After the Dentist do just so: (UPDATE IF YOU'VE ALREADY READ/WATCHED THIS: this one wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be so skip to the next one to get a better feel of Tosh's show...or just go to his comedy central site and watch all the videos, it's worth it)

Btw, If you haven't committed the DVR to a series recording of Tosh.0 by now, consider this clip for more convincing:

Best Announcer with Best Studio...Ever

Uhhhhhhhhhh? LT Electric Glide?

Just stop what you're doing and watch this. I have no idea if this is a joke or not, but it looks pretty real. "Wave Hi to your mom". (btw, I've tagged this post as "new music")

Tom Mabe and the Telemarketer

This is an old one but I never posted it. Definitely worth it:

Vampire Weekend "Contra" FREE At Midnight

AmieStreet.com is selling Vampire Weekend's new album for free at midnight tonight, the 11th. And this is just one of many reasons why I love AmieStreet.com.

Editors Note: Not sure exactly where to find it but I linked you above to new releases which it should show up on come midnight.

One more list to add to the "Best of 2009". This one trumps all others:

What is Paul? (video blog)

As seen in my previous post for the "trailer" for "Paul", Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are doing video blogs on set of their movie. If you like those two fellows, which you should (see Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz), then watch these videos, most of them are entertaining so I semi recommend this. I think it's just neat to see some of my favorite comedy stars behind the scenes on a movie that looks promising. (Also, this movie has a great cast who are also featured in the videos: Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader, Jason Bateman, Seth Rogen, etc...)

10 Comedies to Look Forward to in 2010

Paste Magazine has their 10 Comedies to Look Forward to in 2010 list. The first four movies even have trailers. Although, I wish they had the trailer for the Will Ferrell movie "The Other Guys" and some of the other movies. Anyway, enjoy the previews during your "lunch break".

Muscle March for Wii

This could be the oddest and most intriguing game coming out for the Wii:
